Hand blown crystal is delicate in nature. Hand wash with mild dishsoap and dry with a soft cloth or towel. Wipe away any water spots or dust, and voila! Pretty as new. 

Each glass is made of lead-free crystal.

Absolutely. Each glass is crafted by hand (yes, by humans), not machines. And just like humans, no two are exactly the same. There may be slight imperfections or inconsistencies in each set of glasses; it’s part of our distinctive charm.

While we hope you love your glasses and would never want to return them, we will of course accept returns for a refund within 30 days of the order date.  

All orders ship via UPS. We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping within the continental United States. 2-Day and 3-Day Express shipping options are also available. 

If ordered before 10:00am PST, your order will ship the same day. If ordered after 10:00am PST, your order will ship the following business day.  

All product ships from Orange County, California.
